Our state-of-the-art manufacturing units are located in Cherthala, capable of producing over 7000000 pieces of gloves as per required specification and designated standards. Diligent measures are put in practise right from the procure¬ment of raw materials. The well supported laboratory at the manufacturing facility ensures screening of presence of any kind of bio-irritants that can cause discomfort to the user. Every batch of gloves is electronically tested to rule out any possibility of micro pores. Fully powered by solar energy the company is first of its kind in India in its sector to offer fully climate controlled packing and inspection unit.
